Culinary workshop: The Art of Tepanyaki

The presentation of M-Gourmet project was held at MANDARIN MAISON space.

M-Gourmet is a unique project by MANDARIN MAISON, dedicated high table culture, etiquette and Art de Vivre. Workshops and seminars are held by famous experts in the field of secular etiquette and gourmet cuisine.

During the workshops, guests receive practically applicable knowledge in the most concentrated and visual form, which will serve effective integration into the world of culinary arts. The first workshop was devoted to the Art Tepanyaki.

Tepanyaki is a culinary show, and a method of cooking.  The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan, which means iron plate, and yaki, which means grilled, broiled or pan-fried. In Japan, teppanyaki refers to dishes cooked using an iron plate, including steak, shrimp, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and monjayaki. 

The culinary workshop included three courses (appetizer, main course, dessert) and tasting. The workshop was held with the support of brands: GAGGENAU, KAI Europe, Degrenne, Legnoart, Falk Culinair Copper Cookware, William Bounds, Pacojet, SUUR Water.
